CU Realty Services is a CUSO that helps credit unions increase their purchase mortgage business by becoming their members first point of contact when they are ready to buy or sell a home. We do this by installing turn-key real estate services that helps members with their research before they are ready to commit to lending. For example, members can investigate neighborhoods, find a house, sell a house, calculate payments, and find an agent right online or inside the credit union. 

In addition, when members use the program, they can earn $100s to $1000s in cash discounts or credits at closing. 

Because the program is positioned to capture the interest of homebuyers and sellers early on in their decision cycle, it acts as an active mortgage lead channel giving credit unions the ability to see which members will need financing. As a result, our partners not only see significant increases in loyalty and activity within their member base, but also see huge increases in their purchase mortgage volume – some by as much as 40%! 
 
We’ve spent nearly a decade perfecting this model, working hands-on with credit unions in 19 states and 49 metro areas. In addition, we’ve recruited and trained over 400 real estate agents in our program and delivered over $10 million in member savings.
